Ministry Purpose
The purpose of our Worship Ministry team is to be vessels of God, leading us into a time of Spirit-filled worship. We seek to be a people of humility who are passionate about worshipping God, the creator of all things.
Approach
The act of worship does not exclusively occur on Sunday. It is an act of reverent honor and praise to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This kind of communal worship also binds together the Body of Christ in love. Our goal is to prepare a space, covered in prayer, that we’ve invited the Holy Spirit into so He can speak to each of our hearts through the power of word and song. Psalm 100 provides us with an incredible blueprint for preparing our hearts to worship when we come before Him.
Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth. Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us, and we are his ; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
