Throughout these days of “daze” we’ve leaned on the promises and admonitions in the scriptures, ‘Do not be anxious about anything,” “Let not your heart be troubled, “Do not fear.”

There still may be moments when hearts race, breath is stilted and palms sweat. Signals from the body that chronic adrenaline and cortisol levels are coursing simply from our thoughts and emotions. Health of body and relationships are at stake.
